Freshness Guarantee
We offer a 5-day freshness guarantee.

If flowers arrive damaged or deteriorate within 5 days, contact us immediately.

Photographic evidence may be required.

Possible solutions:

  •     Replacement

  •     Partial refund

  •     Full refund


After 5 days, claims cannot be accepted.
 

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not available for:

​

  •     Personal preference (“I don’t like it”)

  •     Incorrect care of flowers

  •     Recipient not available

  •     Incorrect customer information

Important Notice

Flowers are perishable goods and require proper care (water, trimming, storage).


Substitutions

We may substitute flowers with equal or higher value alternatives if needed.


Funeral Items

Funeral arrangements are not covered by the freshness guarantee.
